WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for All products. Pickups are available Monday to Friday. 9am-6pm.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard, 2-days shipping on all orders.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER
We delivery products through SF-EXPRESS with tracking URL: https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/en/dynamic_function/waybill/
Tracking number will be sent to the order email address within 2 days after order.
SMS will be sent to the order phone number when the product is ready for pick up.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
